Our training is available to charities, care homes and organisations who would like their team to deliver in-house chair based exercise.
Our training package will equip your team to offer a comprehensive activity program in line with CQC Targents.
- Our 2 day course of bespoke ChairFIT training can be delivered to your team so that they learn the skills to deliver their own chair based fitness sessions. This will not only help you to reduce your out going costs of outsourcing but develop the in-house skills of your team.

Your team will also receive a comprehensive training manual and can also opt to receive further support as they deliver their classes throughout the year.
